POSITION OVERVIEW
The District Customer Experience Manager, Central Zone, will be based out of our Markham, Ontario office. The overall purpose of this position is to ensure the attainment of our industry leading customer experience satisfaction goals at all customer touch points in our Sales and Service processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Experience Sales process
- Customer Experience Service process
- SocialCX performance
- Hyundai’s exclusive Signature Certification program deliverables
- DCXM dealer reviews
- Utilization of Digital Services
- BlueLink customer activation - Dealership process
- Monitor and make recommendations related to mystery shops
- High opportunity Dealer root cause/action planning
- CR incidents / Dealer Case Management
- Sales and Service Training Registrations / Technical Training (team member certification)
- Dealer participation of national touch points, i.e. PoP, digital displays, tablet based services, and Hyundai Digital Service
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), complimented by attention to detail and follow up skills
- Ability to manage diverse groups and deal with change
- Action oriented
- Ability to maintain a professional image to internal and external customers
- Ability to work independently and travel on a regular basis
- Excellent organization and negotiation skills
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in the same or similar position
- Completion of an undergraduate degree, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
