**The job**:
The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our clinic.

Your duties will include implementing procedures to optimize patient care, manage and support the clinic's team, as well as support the management team with ad hoc projects.

**Clinic Manager Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)**
- Liaising with team and patients about treatment plans.
- Overseeing clinic operations and staff duties.
- Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
- Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care.
- Performing the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members.
- Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic.
- Overseeing and managing the team's schedule.

This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work Saturdays.

**Experience**:

- team management: 3 years (required)
- beauty industry (beauty salon/spa/beauty clinic): 1 year (preferred)
- customer support: 3 years (required)
