Bright Futures Health is a growing pediatric health clinic dedicated to helping children thrive through physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and mental health services. Our mission is to create a warm, supportive, and family-centered environment where every child can reach their full potential through individualized and group-based care.

We are seeking a Clinical Director to join our team and help lead our multidisciplinary services as we continue to grow. This role combines leadership and collaboration with some clinical work, as the Clinical Director will maintain a small pediatric caseload to stay connected with the families and clinicians we serve.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing clinical leadership, mentorship, and oversight to a multidisciplinary team (OTs, PTs, SLPs, MSWs, and psychotherapists)
- Supporting quality assurance, program development, and client care standards
- Maintaining a reduced clinical caseload to provide direct support to children and families
- Ensuring compliance with professional college and Ontario regulations
- Fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and family-centered environment

Qualifications:

- Registration and good standing with your respective Ontario regulatory college (e.g., OCSWSSW, COTO, CASLPO, or College of Physiotherapists of Ontario)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of pediatric clinical experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills with an interest in mentoring others
- Experience in community-based or multidisciplinary care settings is an asset

This is a flexible role that includes both administrative and clinical components, with opportunities for growth as the clinic expands.
