**About the role**:
- Lead talent sourcing for key positions via established recruitment procedures and resources
- Organizing and implementing recruitment and selection processes. including the creation of postings, shortlisting and screening applicants, coordinating and participating in the selection panels, reference checking and offer distribution
- Supports the interview process including revising interview guides to be position specific and participating in interviews (virtual and on site) as required.
- Developing, reviewing, and posting job adverts across multiple platforms
- Review and improve recruitment and attraction processes and procedures
- Manages employment offers and ensures a seamless handover to People and Culture Manager for onboarding
- Participates in industry specific recruitment fairs
- Partners with post-secondary institutions, educational programs and professional associations to promote Marcon Career opportunities and co-op programs;
**About you**:
- 2-4 years of experience in fast-paced technical recruiting
- Formal Human Resources Degree or equivalent is an asset
- Real Estate and/or Construction Management Industry experience an asset
- Ability to manage and maintain highly confidential information
- Strong organizational skills, administrative and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Exceptional organization skills and a keen attention to detail
