**_Are you an experienced recruiter looking for an internal role where you can be creative, innovative and build talent pipelines to support a growing group of companies? _**

We have been exclusively retained to find a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will take responsibility for creating and delivering talent acquisition strategies and processes that will identify, attract and hire top talent for the organization to support the company's growth objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and talent needs
- Build strong ties with local schools, colleges and universities to develop talent pipelines
- Identify and attract top talent through a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other platforms

Your primary skills and experience will include:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and assessment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

**Location**:This role will primarily be based onsite in Langley, BC

**Compensation**:$90,000 to $110,000 plus a great benefits package.
