If so, Oppy has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Talent Coordinator position (approx. 20 hours a week). **Overview**
You will be working closely with another team member to cover all facets of the role. You will be an integral part of a small team supporting business operations across Canada, USA and Chile. You will provide essential administrative support and coordinate a wide range of programs and activities for the Talent & Culture department. Your commitment to unbelievable service and your flexible, adaptive nature will be an asset as you support multiple team members and employees alike. This role is truly a jack of all trades and would be a perfect fit for someone who has strong organizational and time management skills and is keen to touch many aspects of the function while maintaining work-life balance.
**Accountabilities**
- Provide general support to the T&C (including payroll/benefits) team in the implementation and maintenance of various people operations projects, programs and initiatives.
- Provide exceptional service and assistance to all employees across all locations in a timely manner. Respond or point employees to the right person for guidance regarding any HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital copies and data of employees’ records to ensure all employment requirements are met. Update and maintain employee related records on an ongoing basis.
- Administer company credit card program; maintain credit card members information and advise employees on credit card policy, handle any inquiries, issues and troubleshoot as necessary.
- Work closely with all team members including payroll to ensure employee information and data required is acquired in a timely manner. Input accounting entries into the ERP system within tight weekly and monthly cut-off deadlines. Monitor coding, reconcile amounts and investigate discrepancies as necessary.
- Administer monthly credit card reconciliations and keep track of charges and invoices to ensure reports are submitted. Audit various human resources related invoices and arranges for payment in timely manner.
- Administer various recognition programs. Coordinate tracking of award recipients, send out communication materials and ensure award selection and delivery are completed in a timely manner.
- Administer the company time off and attendance system.
- Anticipate requirements and prepare reports based on corporate and meeting calendar events and meetings. Proactively plan for upcoming monthly or yearly events and functions.
- Monitor portions of the HR budget throughout the year and produce periodic reports.
- Produce and submit detailed reports requested from our HRIS system. Act as expert with HRIS system reports to support the T&C team and with specific data reports in a timely manner.
- Contribute to many initiatives and functions including assisting with reconciliations, employee documents, compensation letters, audits, training, and development, payroll & benefits and more.
- Collaborate with various team members on onboarding and employee life cycle administration as required.
