What You'll Do:

As the Talent and HR Representative, you will play a key role in supporting HR functions for our Warehouse Division, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and day-to-day HR support.

• Support full-cycle recruitment for warehouse roles, including posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for new warehouse employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
• Partner with Warehouse Operations leaders to understand staffing needs and support recruitment priorities
• Maintain HR documentation, employee files, and HRIS records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Provide frontline support for employee inquiries related to policies, onboarding, training, and general HR matters
• Support internal HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives for the Warehouse Division
• Create and maintain reports for recruitment, onboarding, and workforce metrics
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and workplace regulations
• Other miscellaneous duties assigned by the HR team

Do You Fit the Part?

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources
• Experience in HR, recruitment, or a related administrative role
• Knowledge of warehouse or operations environments is an asset
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn

Pay range: $55,000 - $60,000 based on experience
