What You'll Do:
As the Talent and HR Representative, you will play a key role in supporting HR functions for our Warehouse Division, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and day-to-day HR support.
- Support full-cycle recruitment for warehouse roles, including posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for new warehouse employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Partner with Warehouse Operations leaders to understand staffing needs and support recruitment priorities
- Maintain HR documentation, employee files, and HRIS records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide frontline support for employee inquiries related to policies, onboarding, training, and general HR matters
- Support internal HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives for the Warehouse Division
- Create and maintain reports for recruitment, onboarding, and workforce metrics
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and workplace regulations
- Other miscellaneous duties assigned by the HR team
Do You Fit the Part?
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or a related administrative role
- Knowledge of warehouse or operations environments is an asset
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn
