**About This Opportunity**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support storytelling through compelling content.
- Lead development of content based on national calendar and adherence to deadlines.
- Develop messaging that is consistent with company strategy, corporate narratives, and business priorities for use in all content.
- Establish consistent and sustainable internal content communications routines.
- Manage production of internal videos, photography, podcasts, written articles, creative assets (ie posters) and internal and executive communications presentations.
- Create opportunities to leverage video in communications, including; storyboarding, logistics, film, edit, post-production (i.e. visual and audio effects, voiceover, custom animation, etc.) exporting and converting for various channels.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree, with an interest in journalism, communications, and a/v production
- Minimum 3 years’ public affairs/communications experience.
- Publication development/audio-visual production and graphic design experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience writing and editing clearly and concisely in plain language.
- Self-starter. Highly motivated individual with demonstrated initiative and attention to detail and proven project management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to set priorities and coordinate multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Ability to consistently deliver quality projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to deliver and continuously improve the capability to: develop and edit videos, develop and edit audio content, write and product articles, take photos, and develop basic graphic design assets.
- Computer Skills Required: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, video editing software, and Internet research.
