Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager of Enrolment Services, the incumbent supports recruitment, marketing, event planning and strategic enrolment management efforts with the primary goal of achieving annual campus domestic enrolment projections. The incumbent provides a broad range of duties in the following main areas: recruitment and events, conversion, research/analysis, documentation, communication, reporting, and relationship building with key internal/external stakeholders. The incumbent provides leadership; improving satisfaction and engagement of domestic prospects, their advisors, and other key external stakeholders. The Coordinator will identify needs and develop strategies, recommendations and timelines to assist with the day

Exceptional customer service, sales and interpersonal skills, ability to maintain confidentiality
Critical thinking, problem solving, writing and editing skills
Highly organized and able to oversee and delegate a large volume of tasks to other team members and manage multiple deadlines
Excellent computer literacy, including presentation software, MS Office, Banner, online event software, CRM
Familiarity with the various levels of education and curriculum, knowledge of labour markets and career trends
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
