**Job Summary**:The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for selling the company's complete portfolio rotary shaft seals, hydraulic/pneumatic seals, custom thermo-plastic shapes, o-rings, spliced rings, extruded cord, and custom molded rubber shapes to OEM customers and Specialty Seal Distributors.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent oral and written communication in French and English
- Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong math skills
- Hands-on engaged work style
- Excellent ability to multi-task
- 5+ years’ experience in a field sales and/or business development role
- 3+ years’ experience in a relevant industry

**Responsibilities**:

- Sells complete product portfolio to existing PT and ID customers with the objective of annually improving market share at each customer
- Identifies/qualifies new PT and ID prospects every month; and follows-up with visits to present the company “message,” identify opportunities to capture business, and develop relationships with the decision makers in various departments
- Visits customers and prospects within his/her region
- Accurately and promptly communicates customer quotation requests, orders, quality issues, information requests, etc. to appropriate company personnel (i.e., Inside Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and Quality)
- Cooperates closely with the Inside Sales Team assigned to region
- Supports the Specialty Seal Distributors in his/her region by providing them with product literature, product training, sales tools, pricing guidelines, and traveling with their sales reps to help them win orders from their OEM and End User customers
- Confidently presents the company “message” to customer’s management via PowerPoint presentation and other visual aids
- Actively participates in projects that involve his/her customers such as developing new designs and structuring long term blanket agreements
- Actively participates in new product/new market launches and provides timely feedback to company management regarding progress and achievements
- Teams with Inside Sales Rep to provide company management a regional Demand Forecast of shipments by product line on a monthly basis
- Maintains a monthly Customer Visit Report log
- Seeks out information on competitor activity in assigned region
