Citi is undertaking a transformation of its KYC Technology ecosystem within the Institutional Clients Group (ICG). Within Citi’s Information Services Group (ISG), the organization seeks to leverage the latest technology to build a rules-based platform focusing on automation. The platform will enable an improved client experience through the reduction of multiple client outreach activities and adoption of latest Technology to simplify supporting end-user workflow. The Transformation PMO Lead manages the end-to-end delivery of IT workstream from requirements through testing and adoption. The role requires working across a wide and varied group of stakeholders and ensuring coordination across business, operations, and IT teams. Maintaining consolidated project plans, status reports, RAID action logs, senior level presentations, book of work and financial management, SDLC and compliance adherence are the primary responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities**: - Oversees all technology components of diverse, complex IT projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality and cost. - Independently run workstream meetings / workshops leveraging defined agenda and managing associated artifacts - Ability to document detailed meeting minutes of workings sessions and committee meetings and synthesize into key outcomes and actions - Communicates with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates - Works closely with business analysts to track and break bottlenecks in requirements capture - Manage book of work within the program with financial reporting - Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met - Ensures project management best practices and procedures are followed and SDLC is compliant - Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties. **Qualifications**: - 10+ years’ experience in banking / consulting industry preferred - Prior experience in PMO lead role or similar, PMP a plus - Excellent PowerPoint presentation creation a must - Proficiency with MS Office Tools - Program and / or project management background within technology projects - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate at all levels - Direct experience with institutional client onboarding and / or KYC is a differentiator **Education**: Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent (experience more important than degree) - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Technology Project Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
