PMO Executive Reporting Lead

We are the backbone for reporting across the bank, satisfying our regulatory commitments, enabling our businesses to be nimbler and helping to safeguard customer assets through highly effective controls.**: **The PMO Executive Reporting Lead role is in Citi’s Global Functions Data Technology Cross Function Program Management Office. This role will provide routine and ad hoc project updates in executive meeting presentation materials, reports for internal and external requirements, and staff communications for the GFT Data Organization. This role will also manage any ad hoc projects assigned.**: **Responsibilities**: - ** Develop presentation materials for various executive meetings, business forums, staff meetings, town hall meetings, site meetings, and regulatory and compliance meetings**: - ** Publish meeting minutes for various meetings**: - ** Generate executive and stakeholder reports on project status, team achievements, etc.**: - ** Create employee communications such as newsletters**: - ** Coordinate executive meetings, town halls, staff meetings, site meetings, etc.**: - ** Maintain and further enhance reports based on understanding of stakeholder and regulatory requirements**: - ** Maintain a library of reusable data and reports**: - ** Liaise with multiple departments including project teams, business, compliance and financial controls to resolve reporting issues**: - ** Update and capture regular metrics to monitor and measure business impact and coordinate the executive report outputs with the senior management team**: - ** Participate in projects to implement any new or changing PMO or internal client reporting requirements and enhance the reporting system infrastructure**: - ** Coordinate controls and standardization among different lines of business to create consistence reporting**: - ** Streamline the reporting process to improve work efficiency**: **Qualifications**: - ** 10 years of demonstrated work experience in producing high quality executive reports (preferably for technology organizations)**: - ** Experience in project governance reporting/project management preferred**: - ** Strong analytical skills**: - ** Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills**: - ** High level of attention to detail**: - ** Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of meeting various deadlines in a fast-paced organization**: - ** Excellent organizational skills**: - ** Data driven, with a solid understanding of how to synthesize large amount of data into an executive view**: - ** Advanced MS Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook skills**: - ** Strong business acumen**: - ** Positive attitude, striving for continuous improvement**: **Citi Canada is an equal opportunity employer.
