Momentum Developmental Support began as a residential-care system for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Our team quickly learned these vibrant, complex people didn’t just need housing and supervision. Rather, they needed a team who understood their abilities and mental health experiences. As a Developmental Support Worker, you are a part of the Momentum Community. Working with clients to maintain safe and healthy lifestyles, you promote independence based on individual programming through recreational, learning, physical fitness, and money management activities. **What you’ll bring?**
A Highschool Diploma (post-secondary education in a relevant field is considered an asset). Experience working in a support role with adults, preferably adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders is considered an asset A driver's license is required as well as a medical report, including immunization record and Tuberculosis skin test report, Record of conduct and a vulnerable sector check, Emergency First Aid AED/CPR Level C

**This is a unionized position with NL Association of Public and Private Employees. The wage rate is **$18.34 per hour** plus a remote work differential, specific to the Northern Peninsula, of an additional **$4 per hour**.
