Support Worker for An Individual with a

_**RAPS is seeking an evening support worker to assist an individual with a Developmental Delay & Epilepsy (S25)**_
- **Location: St. Albert**_
- **Days/Hours**:_
- Tuesday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm_
- Duties include but are not limited to:_
- _Assist/encourage life skills to support independence (household tasks)_
- _Accompany client on various community outings_
- _Monitoring/recording seizure activity_
- _Administering medication when necessary_
- _Follow instructions and goals set by family_
- _Cue personal care and hygiene when required._
- _Provide job coaching and accompany at work to ensure client is succeeding_
- _Assist and cue evening routine_
- _Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork (timesheets, communication notes e.c.t)_
- Education in a relevant field and/or previous experience with developmental disabilities and epilepsy is considered a strong asset. **_
- **Rate of Pay**:_$20.00-$21.00/hour (depending on skills/qualifications_
- **Reference No. S25**_
