We’re looking for a kind, patient, and flexible individual to support a teen girl with developmental disabilities on **Mondays and Fridays from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM**.

This role is ideal for someone who is:

- Calm, consistent, and easygoing
- Open-minded and respectful of different family values
- Comfortable working independently and supporting life skills

**Support Includes**:

- Encouraging independence through life skill development
- Community outings (e.g., parks, stores, simple errands)
- Bus training and helping build confidence with public transit
- Engaging her in social and skill-building activities

We’re looking for someone who can take initiative but also follow a gentle, supportive routine. The home environment is structured and values routine, respect, and quiet consistency.

**Must have**:

- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (or be willing to get one)
- Reliable transportation
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is an asset
