**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and clerical duties.
- Manage phone systems, answering calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Maintain organized records and files to ensure easy access to information.
- Support medical office operations by managing patient records and appointment scheduling if applicable.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance productivity.

**Skills**
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on organizational efficiency.
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with phone systems and clerical duties.
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
