**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Under the direction of the Preconstruction team, this position is responsible for providing front end administrative support with a primary focus on administrating the Preconstruction group and providing back-up duties for general office tasks.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Data entry for resumes and project profiles
- Manage the supplier & trade partner bidders lists
- Manage soft close tenders
- Issue tenders on BuildingConnected
- Lead smaller tender closes
- Assist on tender close days as needed
- Tender management for vacation coverage as needed
**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Support the reception area as required: answer incoming calls and welcome guests upon arriving at the Delnor office, manage incoming and outgoing mail/courier packages, manage office supplies and assist with company merchandise inventory, prepare project binders/labels as requested, order office lunches as requested, arrange accommodations and travel for employee groups, assist with event planning as requested, assist with vacation tracking and timecard entry
- Monitor cleanliness of all common areas: load and unload dishwasher as necessary, prepare meeting rooms and tidy boardrooms after meetings
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education**:Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field of study. Equivalent level of work experience will be considered.
**Experience**:2-5 years’ experience in an administrative role and/or corporate office environment.
**Travel**: Limited travel to sites is required. Own vehicle is required.
