We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive **Contents Manager** to join our Edmonton team. This is a hands-on role involving the management, restoration, and coordination of personal and business contents after events like fires, floods, and other emergencies. If you have a knack for organization, love helping others, and have experience managing projects, you could be the perfect fit

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Inventory Management**: Catalog, photograph, and document contents on-site at client properties, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Restoration Coordination**: Assess and coordinate the cleaning, packing, and restoration of contents, maintaining clear communication with clients and team members.
- **Project Planning**: Develop and manage timelines for the content restoration process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to standards.
- **Client Support**: Work directly with clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring high satisfaction levels throughout the restoration process.
- **Team Collaboration**: Partner with the mitigation, reconstruction, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless workflow and timely project completion.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain thorough documentation of all content management activities, inventory logs, and project progress reports.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company protocols, safety standards, and industry best practices to ensure all content handling meets regulatory guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in contents management, project coordination, or a related field (experience in restoration services is a plus).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in basic technology platforms and willing to learn specific software for inventory and project management.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and move items (up to 50 lbs) as needed.

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
