Edmonton, Canada PURE Restoration Full time

**PURE Restoration** is a full spectrum disaster restoration and reconstruction company providing comprehensive service to residential and commercial customers, property management companies and the insurance industry.

**PURE** is seeking a full time **Project Manager** to start immediately.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for each project
- Perform site inspections to determine extent of loss
- Manage costs to establish projects budgets and target profit margins
- Manage existing client relationships and foster and grow new relationships with industry partners
- Manage and execute project schedules using company software and update as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Availability to respond to 24 hour emergency restoration and mitigation calls when participating on on-call rotation

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in MS Office, Xactanalysis, Xactimate, Encircle and PJM
- Minimum 3 years experience within property loss, restoration and construction industries
- Time management with ability to clearly communicate project tasks and expectations with internal and external team members
- IICRC Certifications, minimum Water Damage Restoration (WRT)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
