Our clients rely on us to provide exceptional services. We specialize in damage restoration caused by Water, Sewer back-ups, Fire, smoke Damage, Wind Damage, Vehicle Impacts, Catastrophic Storm Response, Bio/Trauma Clean-up, Asbestos Remediation. In addition, Delnor provides full Construction services.

**Preferred Experience & Education**:

- 5+ years experience in construction project management OR general contracting preferably within commercial, institutional OR custom residential experience is strongly desired
- 2+ years experience in small to large loss restoration/insurance industry strongly desired
- IICRC certifications - WRT, FSRT, Asbestos Abatement strongly desired

**Other Specifications**:

- Xactimate software experience required
- On call rotation required
- Valid driver’s license, and insurable
