Edmonton, Canada PURE Restoration Full time

**PURE Restoration** is a full spectrum disaster restoration and reconstruction company providing comprehensive service to residential and commercial customers, property management companies and the insurance industry. We are currently seeking a full time **Property Restoration Carpenter** to start immediately.

**Job Responsibilities and Duties include**:

- Required carpentry skills include drywall, mudding, painting, cabinetry and finishing.
- Must own tools and equipment needed to complete general carpentry tasks.
- Ensure quality control targets are met or exceeded.
- Ensure deadlines are met or exceeded.
- Ability to maintain a professional and service focused approach with property owners, tenants, co-workers, and sub-contractors.
- Ability to manage multiple construction projects and sites.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid drivers' license
- Ability to complete work activities which may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in property restoration or related industry.
