**Customer Experience Specialist**
**Renewal by Andersen - Mississauga, ON**
- Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
- In this role, you will need a strong administrative and customer service background to assist our Customer Experience team in work overflow.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Assist Customer Experience team with inbox management and answering responding to customer concerns.
- Facilitate and direct phone calls to ensure customer assistance.
- Provide experience surveys to customers.
- Provide product information to customers who have requested it.
- Assist in de-escalating customer concerns and working to resolve issues.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong skill set in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (required)
- Experience in customer service and solving customer issues (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an office and customer service environment
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Problem solving and experience in a fast-paced environment
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- $45,000-50,000 annually
- RRSP with company match

- Vacation, sick, and holiday pay
**Schedule**:
- Onsite in our Mississauga office
- Monday-Friday; 8:30am-4:30pm
