**MoveMobility Inc** is a Canadian company headquartered in Winnipeg, whose core focus is designing and fabricating wheelchair accessible and mobile health vehicles, for commercial use. We’re producing user centric, technology first vehicles, to supply this rapidly growing market. We have an immediate opening for an A Customer Service Specialist at our **Mississauga, Ontario** location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generates Service / Sales leads through proactive calls to existing contacts for Service and Maintenance programs
- Responds to all incoming Ontario service inquiries
- Creates quotes for Service / Maintenance programs
- Refers clients to appropriate Account Executive for new vehicle sales
- Sets meetings / product demonstrations for Account Executives for new vehicle sales
- Enters all interactions in the CRM
- Collaborates with the CAO to renew licenses (OMVIC & Business)
- Scanning pertinent documents for expenses, invoices etc. to be sent to the CFO
- Maintains office equipment liaises with vendors for printer, telephone system

maintenance etc.
- Coordinates office supplies
- Manages Dealer plates
- Collaborates with the CAO to organize any Ontario based company events
- Works with Customer Service Manager to coordinate service work to be completed in

Ontario
- Completes vehicle transfer of ownerships.
- Registers vehicles and obtains plates

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Minimum High School Diploma
- Post secondary education in business or relevant field preferred
- Minimum two years customer service experience
- Customer service experience in the automotive industry an asset
- Motivated self-self starter with a **Positive Attitude**:

- Must have a valid ON Driver’s License
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Strong English verbal and written Communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Automotive experience an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
