Description du poste
La fonctionne principale serai d’assister en l’administration du département de Succès Client en fournissant de manière efficace et efficiente de services de bureau pour collecter, recevoir, organiser, disperse comptabiliser et enregistre toutes les formes d’information et de données.
Ce que vous ferez
Participer aux initiatives d'amélioration des processus du département de Succès Client.
Recevoir, vérifier et s'assurer que tous les rapports transactionnels sont générés à temps.
Suivre, documenter, générer et envoyer toutes les factures d'assistance technique.
Aider à la coordination et la préparation des listes de contrôle et de la documentation standard relative à Succès Client.
Coordination logistique et entretien des tâches de bureau afin de fournir toutes les formes de soutien à notre bureau.
Assister les autres membres du personnel administratif pour le travail de débordement
Autres tâches selon les besoins.
Ce que nous recherchons
DEC Bureautique ou formation équivalente
Excellent sens de l’organisation et bon capacite pour organiser des fichier et données de manière efficace.
Soucie démontré pour la satisfaction des clients
Compétences en communication écrite et verbale en anglais et en français, car nous avons des clients au Québec, au Canada et États-Unis.
Maîtrise de la suite Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Capacité à travailler avec des délais serrés
Connaissance de processus comptables et financières
Ce qui vous démarquerait:
Expérience dans le secteur du stationnement
Avoir un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience de travail pertinente

Primary Functions:
- Participate in process improvements initiatives of the Customer Success department on a continuing basis.
- Receive, verify, and ensure all transactional reports are generated on time
- Track, document, generate and send all technical support invoices
- Assist the coordination, development and preparation of checklists and standard documentation relating to Customer Success.
- Logistical coordination and maintenance of clerical tasks in terms of providing all forms of support to our office.
- Assist other administrative staff with overflow work
- Other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for
- A diploma in Business or Office Administration, or an equivalent program from a college.
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to organize files and data efficiently and effectively.
- Demonstrable customer care and focus
- English and French written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prepare and present reports in area of responsibility.
- Knowledge in basic accounting and financial procedures.
