**Data Entry Clerk /Receptionist**

Mspecs Finishing in Ville St Laurent, Quebec is presently seeking a data entry clerk / receptionist to join our team. In this role you will support the production team with administrative duties and tasks to ensure the efficient finishing of parts and customer service and report to the General Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain data base (enter new customers and suppliers and update contact information).
- Enter all incoming orders into our business system.
- Generate packing slips for all completed orders / shipments.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies (update inventory records and order supplies as required).
- Perform other duties as required.

**Minimum Educational Qualifications**:
High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).

**Experience**:
Training will be provided onsite Customer service experience an asset.

**Skills**:

- Aptitude for teamwork
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail data entry accuracy
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office.
- Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Aptitude for customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure, individually, and as part of a team, while balancing multiple demands
- Bilingual (English, French)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
