**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Business Development Representative (BDR)** to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will focus on generating new business opportunities within the **medium business market** by reaching out to targeted records in our **CRM**. Your primary responsibility will be to **schedule qualified meetings** for our sales team, focusing on solutions in **Telecom, Internet, and VoIP services**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize the company CRM system to manage, track, and document all prospect interactions and activities.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective discovery and needs assessment.
- Schedule high-quality meetings for the sales organization with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors in the Telecom, Internet, and VoIP sectors.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to improve prospecting strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in Telecom, Internet, or VoIP.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a high volume of outreach activities.
- Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex technology solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in B2B sales or selling to the medium business market.
- Familiarity with VoIP, Internet services, and Telecom industry trends.
- Prior experience with cold calling and handling objections effectively.
