**Job Summary**
Premier Boat & RV is seeking a driven and results‑oriented General Manager to lead and expand our entire operation — including our thriving boat and RV service division, large‑scale storage facilities, and seasonal Christmas light installation business. This is a pivotal, high‑impact leadership role for someone who excels at building efficient systems, developing high‑performing teams, and driving sustainable growth and profitability.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead day‑to‑day operations across service, storage, and seasonal divisions
- Hire, train, and grow a team of skilled marine and RV technicians
- Increase technician productivity and efficiency, ensuring billed hours consistently meet or exceed targets
- Manage and mentor administrative staff to deliver accurate scheduling, quoting, billing, and customer service
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to ensure high performance, accountability, and engagement
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and allocate resources effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and community partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Create and build SOP's for business operations
- Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching for team development

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the industry.
- Motivated to increase revenue and productivity to increase business revenue and to increase their yearly bonus. Estimated bonus of $20-40k in the first year at a 10% bonus for increased profit
- Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, marketing, and operations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to assess complex situations and make informed decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred; an MBA is a plus. Join us in leading our organization towards success while fostering an environment of innovation and excellence

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
