**We are currently seeking a General Manager to join our community at Oak & Thorne Public House in Langley**

**Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to**:

- Providing leadership and development for the team
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires
- Maintaining a positive working relationship with all JRG employees
- Promoting and upholding JRG culture and service standards
- Managing day to day operations of the restaurant and ensuring financial, payroll and other administrative duties are completed
- Controlling operational costs and identifying areas of improvement to improve profitability

**Working Conditions**:

- Hours and shifts may vary
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Serving It Right Certification

- Completion of JRG Food & Beverage testing
- Understanding and promotion of the JRG Mission Statement, Philosophy and Service Standards
