**Your Role**:
As the **General Manager**, you will be the driving force behind our day-to-day operations. Your focus will be on maintaining the highest level of service, overseeing staff performance, and ensuring smooth operations. From managing inventory to maintaining budgets and crafting amazing guest experiences, you’ll wear many hats - all while fostering a positive work culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Inspire and lead a passionate team, creating a positive, upbeat environment for both staff and guests.
- **Operations**: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently, from opening to closing.
- **Customer Experience**: Ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.
- **Financial Management**: Manage budgets, drive sales, and implement strategies for cost control and profitability.
- **Training & Development**: Hire, train, and motivate staff, while fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
- **Marketing & Promotions**: Collaborate on creative strategies to bring in new guests and retain loyal ones.
- **Health & Safety**: Ensure all restaurant operations adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and analyze restaurant performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
