**Job Summary**:
**Duties Responsibilities**:
In this role you will:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with managers during the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Processing of new hire documentation
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or a college diploma in a field related to HR.
- Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on bilingual positions.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
- Fluent in both French and English, with excellent write and verbal communications skills in both languages.
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role or other relevant experience
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, People soft and BambooHR
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Recruitment experience (sourcing, screening, references, offers of employment)
- The ability to communicate across all levels within the organization.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills, thoroughness and attention to detail
