Toronto, Canada Reach International Consulting Full time

We are currently hiring for an experienced Marketing executive to promote our Vape/E-Cigarette product ranges in Canada, with the responsibility to grow brand awareness which will ultimately aim to grow sales and market share in an extremely competitive and fast changing category.

You will be responsible for 5 key pillars:

- Creating the brand plan/guidelines,
- Social media
- E-commerce development
- Trade & Consumer marketing/activation
- Agency management

**Key Deliverables**
- Developing, owning and executing the brand strategy including NPD & communications.
- Identification of consumer insights and trends to drive content and NPD development.
- Communicate & market the brand and products to specific target audiences.
- Executing and optimising the brand in line with the global strategy for the Canadian market.
- Own the social media and ecommerce space for the Canadian business.

**Essential Requirements**
- 3 to 10 years' experience in branding and marketing roles for Canadian based tobacco or FMCG brands.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent knowledge of social media
- Experience with ecommerce platform design and implementation
- Experience working within a regulated category.
- The ability to build strong relationships with agencies and stakeholders.
- A track record of delivering excellent ROI
- Preferably experience of working within SME or Start Up environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
