Airdrie, Canada Skyway Grain Systems Full time

We are seeking a part time employee to cover a one year maternity leave. Offering a part time position of approximately 4 to 5 hours per day, Mon to Friday. Start time can be flexible between the hours of 8am to 5pm.

The position will be for an administrative role, to assist with basic accounting and project management. It would also include shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

**Duties to include**:

- Perform general office duties, including data entry and filing.
- Assist, as needed, with accounting tasks including accounts receivable, accounts payables, and expense reports.
- Assist, as needed, with project management duties including purchase order creation and job budgets.
- Provide general administrative support including answering phones.
- Creation of shipping documents.
- General shipping and receiving duties, and inventory control.
- Operating a forklift (we will send you for training if not licenced), and some heavy lifting.

**What you bring to the role**:

- 2+ years experience in an office environment.
- Intermediate level competency with Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel Spreadsheets
- General knowledge of office equipment, ie scanning, copying, etc
- Must possess organizational, multi tasking, and time management skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Must desire a laid back environment that is almost always informal
