We are looking for a friendly person to fill a full-time shipping and receiving position in our Airdrie, Alberta warehouse. This person will be responsible for picking customer orders, packaging those orders for shipment, and unloading and shelving received stock. They should be organized and physically fit, able to lift boxes of up to 40 lbs. repeatedly, and have a valid forklift license.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Daily collection, packaging and shipping of customer orders

2) Finalizing invoices after orders are shipped

3) Monitoring stock levels and maintaining an organized warehouse

4) Receiving new stock into warehouse, unloading and shelving it in a neat and organized way

5) Periodic inventory counting and organizing

6) Interacting with freight companies and answering client inquiries regarding shipping

7) Operation of forklift

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- English language proficiency and grammar
- Physically fit, able to lift boxes of up to 40 lbs. repeatedly
- Cheerful and friendly disposition, comfortable working in a small office environment and communicating with team members in other departments

Additional Notes:
Steel toe boot/shoe allowance will be provided on an annual basis to conform to steel toe policy.

Our warehouse hours of operation are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm, and Friday 9am to 4:30pm. There will be no requirement to work in evenings, on weekends, or on statutory holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour
