**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business development.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage lead information and track interactions.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach out to prospective clients and introduce our products/services.
- Communicate effectively with leads to understand their needs and qualify them for further engagement.
- Negotiate terms with potential clients while maintaining a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and sales processes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
