**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Engage with potential clients through various channels to generate leads and set appointments.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage existing accounts by maintaining relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales performance.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business development opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in inside or outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Experience in account management and business development.
- Familiarity with technology sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and market conditions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Join us as we strive to exceed our customers' expectations while achieving our business goals

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
