**COMPANY OVERVIEW**:
**POSITION OVERVIEW and RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**TASKS INCLUDE**:
- Supporting the business owner in day to day tasks such as meeting scheduling, conducting research, preparing reports. organizing and filing documents, preparing presentations for employees and customers, and miscellaneous tasks as required
- Answering telephone calls from customers, government agencies, and business associates
- Event planning and organization
- Data Entry; submitting digital time card information into spreadsheets, tracking materials costs
- Drafting and sending invoices
- Keeping office supplies stocked
- Materials purchasing for active projects
- Processing changes to vehicle and business insurance
- Overseeing the maintenance schedules of vehicles and equipment, and organizing maintenance and repairs when required
- Creating new Standard Operating Procedures for future staff: field and office
- Various tasks as required
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Specific understanding of Microsoft Excel
- QuickBooks proficiency an asset
- Well organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and multitask
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly ambitious
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
