The MRG Group is hiring Support positions to join our Toronto team

The Support will have the opportunity to work in our 3 Hospitality Venues situated at 250 Adelaide Street West and 26 Duncan Street. **The Porch, Rock N Horse Saloon and Dublin Calling.** Each venue exudes a positive shareable experience in their own unique way.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain proper sanitation of work area, including washing glasses and equipment in all service areas
- Restock and replenish bar inventory as needed. Heavy lifting up to 40+ pounds will be required.
- Communicate effectively with Front of House and Back of House
- Enjoy working in a team environment and able to work independently
- Comply with food and beverage standard and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- creating positive shareable experiences and memories for people.

**Qualifications**:

- Commitment to quality guest service and hospitality
- Ability to multitask and be organized
- Effectively communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under varying degrees of busyness
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Meet productivity standards and complete work using time efficiently
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Smart Serve required
