The MRG Group is hiring Support positions to join our Toronto team

The Support will have the opportunity to work in our 3 Hospitality Venues situated at 250 Adelaide Street West and 26 Duncan Street. The Porch, Rock N Horse Saloon and Dublin Calling. Each venue exudes a positive shareable experience in their own unique way.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for completing tasks related to cleaning, maintenance and preparation of beverages under the guidance of the Bartender
- Clear tables as needed
- Restock and replenish bar inventory as needed
- Maintain proper sanitation of work area, including washing glasses and service equipment at bar areas
- Replenish ice, as well as prepare food items needed in the preparation of drinks
- Keep bar and other work areas clean and organized
- Effectively communicate with team and offer support as their needs may require
- Communicate effectively with Front of House and Back of House
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Comply with food and beverage regulations
- Effectively communicate with team and offer support as their needs may require
- Create Positive Shareable Experiences

Qualifications:

- Exceptional service skills
- Ability to be neat and organized
- Effectively communicate orally and in writing
- Commitment to quality guest service and hospitality
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under varying degrees of busyness
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Meet productivity standards and complete work using time efficiently
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Smart Serve required
