Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- File and organize paperwork, both physical and electronic
- Data entry using Sage, Excel and in house program
- Back up Project Coordinator/assistant duties as needed
Assist with:
- Claims intake and creating new jobs in Dash system
- Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning
- Accounting - A/P, A/R and timesheet entry
- Weekly and month end reporting for Management
- Invoicing requests
**Requirements**:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners
- Ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

**Hours are part time with potential to grow into full time hours.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
