Duties and responsibilities will include data entry, reviewing and creating work orders and ensuring they are complete and accurate, following up with technicians to obtain any missing information, and preparation of monthly reports. This individual will also be expected to develop a strong understanding of service contracts and will interact with the customers we provide services to. The Service Administrator will also assist with backup coverage for other administrative positions as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent, certificate or diploma in Office Administration or Business Administration is preferred
- 2-3 years in a similar role is preferred
- Experience in the technical service industry or similar industry such as automotive service & repairs is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and customers
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong data entry skills, with high level of accuracy
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Willingness to continuously learn and a positive can-do attitude
