As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in closing warm and qualified leads for our synthetic grass installation and landscape construction services. You will be responsible for visiting customers on-site, generating quotes, and closing deals through ethical selling processes. If you are a motivated individual who thrives on building relationships and exceeding sales targets, we want to hear from you **Key Responsibilities**: - **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify warm leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, referrals, and targeted prospecting. - **Customer Visits**: Conduct on-site visits to meet potential customers, assess their needs, and build rapport. - **Quote Generation**: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for synthetic grass installation and landscape construction projects based on customer requirements. - **Ethical Selling**: Utilize ethical selling techniques to educate customers about our products and services, address their concerns, and offer solutions that meet their needs. - **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and follow-up. - **Sales Pipeline Management**: Effectively manage and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication with leads. - **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success. - **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor information to effectively position our services. - **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales activities using CRM software. - **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and contribute to marketing campaigns that drive sales. - **Customer Feedback**: Gather and relay customer feedback to the operations team to continually improve our products and services. - **Under Pressure**: Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment, handling multiple leads and projects simultaneously. **Qualifications**: - Proven sales experience - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. - Self-motivated and driven by results, with a passion for achieving and surpassing sales goals. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. - Knowledge of the landscape construction industry and familiarity with synthetic grass products is an asset. - Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and customer visits, as required. - Punctuality and reliability, with a strong commitment to working in the office from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Application Instructions**: **Note**: This is a full-time position located in our office.
