Job Overview
Aventyr Security Corp is seeking a driven, articulate, and results-focused Outbound Sales Representative (B2B) to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured, high-performance environment and are passionate about professional communication, business development, and delivering results.
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Surrey, BC — no remote or hybrid options.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound B2B cold calls per day to project managers, construction firms, and commercial clients
- Professionally present Aventyr Security Corp's suite of security and surveillance solutions
- Identify potential business opportunities and set qualified appointments for senior sales staff
- Accurately record and manage call notes, leads, and follow-ups using the company CRM system
- Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients through consistent outreach
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to align on strategy and client needs
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance goals
- Stay knowledgeable about company products, industry trends, and competitive offerings
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling experience is required
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory
- Proven ability to engage with business professionals and decision-makers over the phone
- Strong understanding of sales processes and lead generation best practices
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- High energy, resilience, and ability to handle a high call volume
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented personality
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and reliability are essential
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Experience in security systems or technology sales is an asset
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $25/hour
- Commission: Attractive commission structure on qualified sales and closed deals
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent (Monday to Friday)
