**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers and understand competitive positioning.
- Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze performance metrics.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the business development team to strategize on sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data to drive informed business decisions.
- Experience in outside sales is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
