Are you detail-oriented and passionate about building quality homes?
We’re seeking a dedicated **Quality Specialist** to join our team and help uphold Caivan’s commitment to delivering homes of the highest standard. In this role, you’ll conduct quality inspections, support our production teams, and host homeowners during their Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), ensuring an exceptional experience every step of the way.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct process confirmations at key milestones during the production schedule
- Host homeowners and deliver best-in-class Pre-Drywall Walk and PDI experiences
- Complete quality inspections and generate work orders for trade partners
- Verify that work is completed per plan, scope, and customer selections
- Communicate repeat issues, recommend corrective actions, and propose improvements
- Support Caivan’s health and safety program while on site
- Train and educate on quality standards and procedures
- Collaborate with team leads to identify methods to enhance Built-In-Quality
- Represent Caivan’s values and act as an ambassador for our quality standards
- Perform other duties as required

**You Will Bring**:

- Post-secondary education in construction management or a related field (asset)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within residential home construction
- Strong understanding of new home construction, from framing to closing
- Keen eye for detail, fit, finish, and overall quality
- Proven customer service skills
- Proficiency with Tarion’s Construction Performance Guidelines
- Familiarity with Ontario Building Code (OBC) (asset)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Comfort using tablets and technology to document inspections
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
- Handyman skills and practical construction knowledge (asset)
- Passion for excellence and continuous improvement
