**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:

- Identify, engage, and establish relationships with clients in industries requiring industrial refrigeration solutions.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional support to meet their ongoing needs.

**Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth objectives.
- Conduct client site visits to assess needs, deliver technical presentations, and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

**Technical Expertise and Solution Design**:

- Leverage in-depth knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems, components, and technologies to design and recommend customized solutions.
- Stay informed on industry advancements, emerging technologies, and market trends to offer innovative and competitive products.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Provide sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Qualifications**

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or industrial), business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial refrigeration, technical sales, or a related field.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret and explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Application Process**

Pay: $85,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
