Office Administrator/ Human Resource Assistant

**General Office Administration**:
- To schedule appointments
- To file staff records and invoice records
- To assist managers in filing documents if needs
- Respond to inquiries regarding product pricing and related information as needed
- To receive the delivery, take record and report to the related colleague
- Communicate with management to keep them informed of departmental progress and requirements
- Manage Social Media
**Requirements**:
- Basic Microsoft Office
- Can speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin
- Be Respectful, Patient, and Polite
- 3 Months Probation
**Benefits**:
