This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment, collaborating with international agencies and customers to manage the import and export of goods.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the import and export of freight with international agencies and customers.
- Prepare and send invoices; receive and process payments.
- Organize and schedule office tasks; maintain accurate documentation.
- Tender shipments at airline warehouses.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma required.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Industry-specific training will be provided.
- **Languages**: Fluent in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly desirable.

**Competencies**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
