Reporting to the Ocean and Project Department and will be responsible managing customer experience in international ocean freight / project cargo (oversize / heavy lift) shipments and maintain daily contact with key client and vendors.

**Major position accountabilities**

  • Coordination of shipments with oversize cargo focus
  • Providing excellent customer experience through efficient, effective, and result based shipping solutions
  • Maintaining and developing Key Accounts (projects and ocean accounts) and various vendors
  • Respond to rate quotations, bookings and other inquires in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and communicate consistently with the Key Accounts, Ocean Carriers, Vendors and other service providers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Manage complete shipping cycle from rate quotation to file closing
  • Resolve issues that arise in the process with professionalism
  • Work with our overseas agents, ensuring they are informed of any upcoming shipments

**Requirements**

  • University or college degree (minimum)
  • 3 years of experience and knowledge of International Ocean Freight
  • Solid experience and knowledge in handling oversize and heavy lift cargo (Project cargo)
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills verbal / spoken / written
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize work load in order to meet numerous deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Self-initiator, willingness to learn and ask questions.
  • Familiarization with shipping hazardous material preferred, but not required.
  • Attention to details

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
