**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the recruitment teams in Montreal
- Scheduling interviews
- Assisting with arranging trips, events and job fairs
- Ownership of the teams' social networking presence and ensuring we provide regular and interesting updates
- Assisting with sourcing activity for hard-to-fill roles worldwide
- General administration as required

**Skills and Experience**:

- A keen interest in developing a career within recruitment
- An interest in visual effects would be a bonus
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communicator at all levels, with the ability to build good relationships both internally and externally
- Excellent attention to detail and pride and quality of output
- Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines with the ability to multitask
- Willingness to effectively participate as a full member of a team demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic approach
- Customer-focused with the ability to deliver against expectations
- Able to work on own initiative
- Must be bilingual, French & English
- Experience with ATS systems and on-line networking platforms a bonus
