**Job Overview**
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented **eBike Service Advisor** to join our growing team. As the primary point of contact for customers needing service or repairs, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive service experience. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, comfortable working with electric bikes, scooters, and motorcycle-style e-bikes, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately identify service or repair needs.
- Prepare clear and detailed service estimates, and explain repair procedures, timelines, and costs.
- Coordinate with technicians to diagnose issues and communicate technical findings to customers in simple terms.
- Manage service appointments and workflow efficiently to minimize wait times.
- Handle payments and maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Recommend additional maintenance or upgrades when appropriate, while being transparent about value and pricing.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Assist with moving and handling bikes, scooters, and motorcycle-style e-bikes as needed.
- Willing to get your hands dirty and help with minor mechanical tasks when necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in a service advisory, customer support, or bike shop role is an asset.
- Strong knowledge or hands-on experience with eBikes and electric mobility products.
- Comfortable handling electric bikes, scooters, and motorcycles in a shop environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and perform well under pressure in a busy service setting.
- Basic technical understanding of batteries, motors, and mechanical systems preferred.
- Experience with POS systems and payment processing.
- Mechanical or technical background is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 70 - 90 per week
